K&N Engineering has designed a lifetime replacement air filter (HD-1508) for the 2008 Harley Davidson Glide series and 2008 Harley Davidson King series. See the complete vehicle applications list below.
K&Ns replacemeement air filters have a unique pleated design which allows for increased air flow and optimum filtration. Each air filter is built with several layers of premium woven cotton that is layered between epoxy coated wire mesh to protect the filter element. The HD-1508 was designed with a zinc metal finish top plate and backing plate. The purpose of the zinc is to withstand years of riding without corrosion.
For additional performance simply remove the stock air filter and stock gasket then install the K&N air filter into the air box per the included instructions. There is no cutting or fitting required on the HD-1508.
