The Gainesville Chrome Divas hosted their 3rd Annual Love Bug Run fundraiser for the Girl Scouts of the Gateway Council on September 22. The week before the run, those pesky pests finally showed up in North Central Florida. The top prize winner for our run is always the biker with the most smashed up love bugs on the target sticker every biker gets at registration. The divas showed up at Gainesville Harley-Davidson and Buell for registration and the start of the ride with our sexy bug wings on. Then it was on to our other stops.
Thanks goes to The Junction in Williston, the Dakotah Winery in Fanning Springs, City Bar in Trenton, West End Tavern in Newberry and our final stop and party place Munegin’s in Gainesville. Munegin’s provided a great buffet of food for the bikersand we had so many wonderful raffle prizes, no one went home empty handed. There was a bike show, bike wash babes, great food and cold adult beverages. What a great day
